How do I place an order?
Placing an order at youTees is easy, all you have to do is browse, add to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Browse youTees by using the search-function, main menu or homepage. We like to use plenty of pictures to give you the best idea of how each product looks and we also provide you with suggestions based on what you’ve browsed.
Add the item to your cart by selecting a size (and a variant for some products), choose how many you want and then click the “add to cart” button. The item will be added to your cart and you can continue shopping.
Checkout by clicking on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Here you can review your choices, verify shipping options and add a promo code or a voucher. Once you are ready to buy, simply click the “proceed to checkout” button and follow the prompts.
Why can I not order the amount of a product that I would like?
You can only order products that are in stock. If you are trying to place an order which quantity exceeds the number of items in stock, it will not be possible to place the order and the system will then automatically return to the quantity in stock.
A product is out of stock – Will it be back in stock again?
Should a product be out of stock in a certain size or variant, or entirely, and you are interested in when we will have it back in stock again, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what product and size you are interested in. We promise to confirm to you via email within 3 business days
How do I cancel or update an order?
Any changes you need to make to your order, including cancellation, must be done within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact our customer service department via email at email@example.com to request any changes to your order. We promise to confirm to you via email within 3 business days.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged within 24 hours after the order is submitted.
When will my order ship?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse abroad. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of order.
When will my order arrive?
We are partnered with multiple manufacturers from all over the world to provide you with the absolute best quality and price. Therefore the delivery times varies based on the product and the requested delivery address. In general, please allow at least 12-20 business days for your order to be delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately at present we only ship to the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the delivery address you have entered during the checkout, as well as the total order weight and dimension. Please refer to your cart for the exact calculated shipping rates.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes you can! Please indicate the delivery address during the checkout phase.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to implement any order tracking software at the moment. We are working on this as we speak, please remain patient. Customer service keeps track of all the pending shipments. If you have any questions about the shipping of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow at least 12-20 business days for your order to be delivered before inquiring with our customer service department.
